      • Key Responsibilities : A:Plan requirements gathering and design activities Collaborate with product, project, architects, and development managers to determine required resource needs and develop design schedule B:Prepare collateral materials for requirements gathering sessions C:Lead requirements and detailed design sessions, contribute greatly to project scrum and agile teams, and ensure effective handoff to quality assurance resources D:Expert at documenting business problem, scope, user stories, and decomposing
      • Technical Experience : A: Prior experience on Application Development and Program Management for Indian Banks B: 8-10 working years experience related on various Risk Compliance domains KYC, ALM, AML etc C: Good techno functional knowledge on applications / products popular in India like OFSSA, NICE Actimize, Clarus, Fiserv AML Manager, iComply KYC, SAS, Clair5,etc D: Expertise in the interpretation of business rules and requirements for Technical Systems Design
    • Professional Attributes: A: Resource should have good communication skills B: Resource should have good leadership skills C: Should have banking domain knowledge
