Job Description

    Hiring Type - 1 year renewable contract (client location)Location - Andheri eastJob description -
    1. Strategic HR Partnership:
      • Collaborate with business leaders to understand their goals and challenges and provide strategic HR support.
      • Align HR strategies with business goals to drive performance, productivity, and employee engagement.
      • Influence and provide insights on organizational design, workforce planning, and talent management.
    2. Talent Management:
      • Lead talent review processes and succession planning within the business unit.
      • Drive recruitment and onboarding strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent.
      • Support leadership in identifying high-potential employees and developing career development plans.
    3. Employee Relations & Performance Management:
      • Act as a point of contact for employees and managers, addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and promoting positive work relationships.
      • Lead performance management processes, including performance reviews, goal setting, and feedback mechanisms.
      • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
    4. Change Management:
      • Drive organizational change initiatives, including culture transformation, restructuring, and process improvements.
      • Facilitate change management processes to minimize disruptions and maximize employee buy-in.
    5. Learning & Development:
      • Identify training needs and collaborate with Learning & Development teams to design and deliver programs that enhance employee skills.
      • Support leadership development initiatives to strengthen management capabilities.
    6. Compensation & Benefits:
      • Collaborate with the Compensation & Benefits team to ensure competitive and fair remuneration strategies.
      • Advise on compensation-related decisions and assist in the annual compensation review process.
    7. Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI):
      • Champion diversity and inclusion initiatives within the business unit.
      • Promote a culture of equity and respect, ensuring that DEI principles are integrated into all HR practices.
    8. Data-Driven HR Decisions:
      • Utilize HR metrics and analytics to drive data-informed decision-making.
      • Monitor key HR metrics, such as turnover rates, employee engagement, and productivity, and propose solutions to address areas of concern.
    9. HR Policy & Compliance:
      • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements related to employment, health, and safety.
      • Update and communicate HR policies, procedures, and guidelines to employees.
    10. Employee Engagement & Well-being:
      • Design and implement employee engagement strategies that foster a positive work environment.
      • Advocate for employee well-being initiatives, such as mental health programs and work-life balance efforts.
