Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to join our growing Infrastructure Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in developing new business opportunities and cultivating strategic relationships within the infrastructure or Engineering industry. The candidate will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales strategies to expand the companys footprint and market share.Roles and Responsibilities
    1. Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Infrastructure and Engineering Industry through market research, networking events, and direct outreach to potential clients.
    2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within the infrastructure and Engineering sector, including developers, contractors, and local government officials.
    3. Collaborate closely with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and ensure successful lead conversion and client retention.
    4. Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities, and adjust the sales strategy accordingly.
    5. Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, guiding them through the sales process, answering questions, and addressing concerns.
    6. Manage a high volume of sales activity, including managing a robust pipeline of prospects, preparing proposals, and negotiating contracts.
    Desired Candidate Profile
    1. Minimum Qualification: B.E / Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical/ Civil/ Instrumentation Engineering from Government recognized institute. Candidates with MBA are preferred.
    2. 5-10 yrs. experience in sales / Marketing/ Business Development in Infrastructure or Engineering Industry.
    3. Must have experience of working with Government or semi-government organizations.
    4. Should have knowledge of Government tenders/ tendering process.
    5. Should have good communication and time management skills.
