    Company: Shubh PlasticsLocation: Opp. Movie Star, Goregaon (W), Mumbai- 400 104Designation: Business Development Executive - Over the CounterReporting to: BDM/ BH (Mumbai)Experience / Segments: 3-6years of experience in handling counter sales (Experience in Industrial Products or B2B industry preferred).Educational Qualification: GraduateAge: Up to 35 Yrs ONLY MALELocation: Western Line preferredSalary: Upto 3 LPAWork Timing: 10:30 am to 7.00 pm (Monday-Saturday)Job DescriptionBDE-OTC (Over the Counter)REF: SP/MN/BDE-OTC/003/22-23/PCCandidate Profile:Role definition:As a BDE-OTC your prime responsibility will be to manage the Counter sales of all Walk-In customers, handle all order enquiries received through Mails, Telephone, WhatsApp etc., and look for opportunities that will help contribute towards the branch revenue goal. You will get a chance to get in touch with a number of Contractors, Printers, Fabricators of the Signage and Furniture industry.Skills: Active listening. Good communication skills, verbal as well as written. Self-Disciplined with Punctuality. Multitasking & handling pressure situations. Quick response and closing of deals.Knowledge: MS- Office Basic Knowledge of GST Taxes and Billing.Responsibility & Deliverables: Manage the complete Sales transaction from Greetings, Product Presentation, Closing of thedeal etc. over the counter and meeting your Target goals. Daily reporting and maintaining the database of all walk-in customers and inquiries received. Identify and report (KYC) Potential leads for further follow up by Sales team. Supervise the stock taking Activity. General Maintenance and AMC Supervision of the branch.
