Job Description

    Job descriptionWe are hiring for one of Indias largest Edtech companies.The role of an admission counsellor is similar to business development and sales.It is completely work from office.Having a laptop is mandatory.Even freshers can apply.6 working daysPrior experience in Edtech is an added advantage.Sales experience in industries like BPO/KPO/Real Estate/Insurance/ Higher Education Edutech can also be considered.Relocation from any part of India is allowed.We prefer immediate joiners only.Roles and responsibilities include:Counselling potential learners, helping them plan their career pathCarrying weekly enrolment/revenue and collection targets.Owning the complete sales closing life cycle for leads assigned to you. This includes makingphone/video calls, product demonstration, sales closing and post-sales relationship management.What are your deliverables / KPIs
    • Minimum of 100+ Dials every day with 40+ Connects.
    • 2 hours of talk time on an average per day & 1 Video Session
    • 2 enrolled students per week.
    • Weekly revenue targets to be met consistently.
