Job Description

    The Consultant must serve 4 contracts a month in the areas Sales consulting, Marketing consulting & HR consulting with the help of SMEs based out of the Head Office. The Consultant will be responsible for implementing the agreed Scope of Work between Strivik & Client at clients workplace. The Consultant will be fully responsible for the decisions he/she will take on behalf of clients at clients place of work. The Consultant will act as the head of the department for which the client has hired consultancy service. This includes handling the entire team of the respective department/area. The consultant will be responsible for recruitment of the Head of Department on clients payroll at the clients place of work with the help of Striviks HR department. He/She will also be responsible for grooming, training, developing, and retaining the appointed head. The Consultant will hold discussions with clients, identify & analyse the gaps and take major decisions, handle the documentation, and create an execution plan for the agreed scope of work. The consultant will be responsible for making/writing processes, SOPs, flow charts and implementation of processes. The consultant will be responsible to undertake periodic reviews at clients workplace and prepare and issue the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) to clients, prepare monthly reports and issue to management. Maintain the standards and formats defined by Strivik for reports, MIS, SOPs, flow charts, processes and any other planning sheets pertaining to consulting. He/She will be responsible to monitor teams and their activities in the department/area at the clients workplace daily. He/She must attend Striviks trainings and other meetings as and when organized/required by the company. He/She must resolve complaints within defined TATs
