Job Description

Job DescriptionOver all Purpose of the JobTo be a central point of contact for support and coordination for all related activities to facilitate Sale team and provide administrative support as required.Duties and ResponsibilitiesTo work closely with the Sales team support and facilitate business development activitiesTo provide outstanding levels of customer service to both internal and external customersProduce professional sales documents/ presentations/ proposal using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint or any other software as prescribed.Build a rapport with customers, to anticipate and respond to their needsManage incoming and outgoing phone calls and mail correspondence.Coordinating with Central coordination desk for documentation, Booking & Blocking of sites, query handling & sales reporting installation and removal of sites etc.Follow up with the sales team for the PO, Renewal etc.Manage client files for sales related documents, collection of photographs and other material to facilitate billing and client servicing.Receiving Bills / invoice from Accounts department for sending to clients and follow up.To update sales records for as Business Summary Sheet, AOP, Pipeline Sheet, Recovery Sheet, Sending Monthly reports for sales, coordinator s CRM etc.Coordinating with operations for execution of the campaign.Coordination with other Regions/ Branches/ Airports/ DMRC functionaries and all other administrative department at Corporate office.Providing administrative support to office such as maintaining of attendance, leave records and maintaining daily and monthly attendance report and sending to Corporate HR as requiredFacilitating employees of the Branch/ Region on all HR related and other mattersMaintaining inward and outward register, couriers etc.Maintaining inventory of Assets at Location including computers/ laptops / Mobile phones etc.Maintaining Branch/ Regional accounts and Coordination with Corporate Finance and Accounts department Preparation of monthly accounts and Imprest StatementManaging Bank related workAny other duties of a similar level and nature as may be required.Salary: INR Salary is not a constraint for the right candidateFunctional Area: CoordinationRole Category: Admin/ CoordinationDesired Candidate ProfileShould be a graduate from a recognized universityCertificate/ diploma in Sales or Marketing/ Media/ Advertising ot any other related filed is desirable but not essentialMust possess good communication skills and fluency in English both written and spoken .Previous experience in this industry would be preferred.Must possess a high level of administrative ability and organizational skills and customer focused.High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office and should be able to relate to other software as required.,
