1. Having a two wheeler along with a permanent driving license is Mandatory2. Good Communication skill so that candidate an deal with different Builder or estate agent.3. Field Data collection executive will be responsible for collecting the data and photos of the project or Properties details like Brochures, Pamphlests etc from the customer center across different categories. It involves daily meetings with potential and existing clients and collecting their property data which is listed on the website.4. This role will be responsible for identifying new projects in the assigned city/area and ensure onboarding on companies websites5. Working in the cluster area assigned, searching for supply through the builder, To-Let Boards, Real Estate Agents, Society Managers, etc.6.Calling and Regularly meeting the Developers/existing clients in the area assigned to get the primary and secondary listings7. Distributing Brochures, Pamphlets, Products to the clients according to the company requirements.8. Filling the App based form and clicking the photographs of the properties according to the companys requirements and Submitting, Uploading the collected data on time according to the process and guidelines defined by the company9. Attending the Training sessions for the process changes and updates related to Data Collection10. Sending Updating a daily collection report to the Team Leader11. Smart and Energetic and can able to work in the field with the flexibility of timing and week offs as per company requirements
