  • Build strategy, plan & execute and manage the performance of marketing campaigns / activities across all channels internally and externally, including above-the-line, below-the-line, activation, digital and social media, etc to help the marketing team achieve set KPIs and mainly focus on the Affluent segment.
  • Manage calendars and timetables/milestones towards the completion of campaigns / activities
  • Develop effective marketing communication plan, determine the appropriate mix of on-line and off-line campaign elements across marketing channels with supporting analysis / rationale
  • Continuously strive to improve the quality and effectiveness of all marketing communications
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to make data-driven decisions around what content to feature, which calls-to-action to place where, how and when to improve quarter after quarter through continuous testing and refinement
  • Implement testing methodologies on all elements of the digital marketing mix to improve conversion rates (content, message, medium, landing pages, offers, etc.) optimise campaign results, and measure impact
  • Manage / track marketing budget / spend and ensure efficiency and ROI on all marketing activities
  • Track the performance during & post campaigns / activities
  • Lead / work with agencies / vendors effectively to ensure timely delivery of work with high quality & meet objectives
  • Own and manage the whole process & deployment of campaign/ project that this person is assigned.
  • Communicate results / report on marketing activities regularly and as required
  • Assist the CPBB Marketing Head, support other team members if needed
Brand
  • Master brand guidelines & familiar with the use of all the brand assets
  • Review competitors branding & marketing activities
  • Execute global brand campaigns in the local market context
  • Ensure consistent, clear and accurate client communications across businesses and segments
  • Ensure the good look of all POSM display (at branch / ATM / merchant, etc)
  • Maintain the brand guideline in online & offline channels.
Regulatory & Business Conduct
  • Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group s Values and Code of Conduct.
  • Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
  • Lead the marketing activities for Affluent segment in CPBB to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank s Conduct Principles: [Fair Outcomes for Clients; Effective Financial Markets; Financial Crime Compliance; The Right Environment.] *
  • Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
  • Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association (or equivalent)
Key Stakeholders
  • CPBB with Affluent segments and other related department, like legal, Compliance, SCM, Operation, etc.
Other Responsibilities
  • Manage and execute other banks activities like events, meetings which was assigned by head CABM
Our Ideal Candidate
  • Degree/Diploma in Marketing or Business Administration
  • 4-6 years relevant experience in brand & marketing (marketing & digital experience in financial services is an advantage)
  • Result-oriented
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, prioritise and deliver on multiple projects under tight timelines
  • Confidence to defend and justify ideas/concepts to stakeholders for buy-in
  • End-to-end thought process, strong business acumen, combined with high levels of creativity
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment of constant change
  • Effective communicator, with an eye for detail
  • Relentless focus on timely and high-quality execution
