The person will be responsible for planning and executing biochemical assays for different class of targets in the in vitro biology lab Able to lead junior scientists in the group Should be able to set up various biochemical assays with different classes of targets like enzymes, nuclear receptors, GPCRs etc. Have knowledge about different techniques in the biochemical assays Should know good basics of biochemistry, enzyme kinetics, and Kon and Koff parameters Should be able to plan, execute and interpret the data independently Should have troubleshooting capabilities Should have advance knowledge about the integrities of various assay techniques such various binding assays, HTRF, Alpha screen, MSD etc Prior experience of handling associates will be added advantage Good presentation and scientific contributions in group discussions will be required Prior experience of target ideation, validation and deriving go-no go decision will be useful ,
