  • Bigfix Administrator is responsible for installation implementation customization and performance tuning of BigFix components.
  • Solve any issues related to patching compliance related activities.
  • Creating fixlet ask to accommodate Software Distribution via BigFix Accountable to ensure high level of customer satisfaction with service delivery.
  • Minimum 2 Years relevant experience required in Bigfix BigFix L2 L3 Support and implementation.
  • Ability to patch release management and ensure all packages are deployed efficiently and to ensure appropriate resolution of BigFix and general patching issues.
  • Experience in developing Relevance queries Action script in Big fix Proficient in understanding technical problems and their impacts to the business.
  • Expertise in resolving BESRelay BESClient issues.
  • Working knowledge on Windows Unix Operating system.
  • Ambitious individual who can work under their own direction towards agreed targets goals and with creative approach to work Intuitive individual with an ability to manage change and proven time management .
  • Proven interpersonal skills while contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Up to date technical knowledge by attending educational workshops reviewing publications.
