Job Description

    We have an urgent opening for the position of Business Development Manager - Sub Broking Department. SMC Global Securities ltd Industry: Broking Job Location: Mumbai Experience: 1-8 Years Qualification: Graduate ( Any )Job description:
    1. To accomplish his franchisee targets, set by the superiors.
    2. Generating leads through cold calling.
    3. Accomplishing meeting targets, as set by Superiors.
    4. Analyzing & increasing the franchisee database and finding out the potential Clients- based on their priority level of the Client, fixing meetings with the seniors with the help of database, personal references & networking.
    5. To acquire maximum number of new sub-brokers within the allocated region and provide services to the existing sub-brokers thus ensuring their retention.
    6. Preparing a daily MIS of no. of calls made and meetings conduct and sending them to the Senior in CRM.
    7. Providing better services to the Clients and request them for references. Ability to influence prospective Clients and convert leads into Sales as well as convincing them to invest more.
