AVP Corporate Banking (Origination) MME We have been retained by our client , a well - established , professionally managed , foreign bank to identify an AVP Corporate Banking (Origination) for Mid - Market Enterprises to be based at Mumbai. JOB PURPOSE: To drive business and increase revenue , by identifying and developing new business opportunities and building and expanding the presence of the company. To monitor and evaluate industry trends and client drivers and meet regularly with management and stakeholders to discuss strategy. To act as an ambassador for the bank and to represent the bank at a senior levels. RESPONSIBILITIES: Work closely with Relationship Managers , in account planning and develop strategies to deepen relationships within the organization by studying wallet size and opportunity , both current and potential by developing effective strategies to target them for conversions. Develop relationship with prospective clients , while maintaining existing client relationships. To manage relationship across all industry sectors in Mid Corporates , Banks , Financial Institutions and Public Sector and Government. Strategize & Implement new processes for managing better client relationships. Acquiring new clients with key deliverables as revenue towards assets , liabilities and fee based income. Coordinating with internal departments for new business opportunities. Structuring of Fund / Non - Fund / Trade / Forex based financial products for working capital & capex requirements to suit customer s need. Provide functional , technical and process leadership. Knowledge of financial analysis , risk analysis and credit appraisal for sanction from respective approving authorities. Cross selling different products including Retail products to clients and be an ambassador of Bank. To develop and lead the origination team in sourcing , managing and implementing new business opportunities assessment and development of the equity partners.
