Job Description

The Consumer and Community Banking Recruiting Support Supervisor will mange a team of individuals that provide support to the high volume and specialized North America recruiting teams. The team will primarily consist of Screeners and Schedulers. As a Screener, the primary responsibility includes partnering with the Recruiters to review candidates to determine if they meet the minimum qualifications for the position that the candidate has applied for. As a Scheduler, the primary responsibility is to schedule interviews for Hiring Managers including but not limited to travel, telepresence and panel interviews. The Recruiting Support Supervisor will lead the team of Screeners and Schedules in providing support excellence and operationally sound processes to assist the North America recruiting teams to acquire the best talent to the organization. In addition, the incumbent will be responsible for maintaining operational excellence with a focus on risk and controls.Responsibilities:Manage a recruiting support team of up to 10-14 non-exempt Screeners and Schedulers who are responsible for delivering an outstanding customer experience to Recruiters, Hiring Managers, Recruiting Managers and candidatesEnsure the Screening Team is providing proper administration of candidate assessments, candidate movement and candidate dispositioning through the screening processManage Projects and new expansionsEnsure the Scheduling Team is providing proper administration, support and follow up throughout the Hiring Manager s interview process; In addition, ensure expenses are submitted timely and in accordance with the firm s processes and proceduresMonitor and ensure service levels are met or exceededManage and coach team to ensure operational excellence and that risk and controls are tightly managedReview processes/procedures for process efficiencies and ensure proper change management with team and clients occur prior to executed changesWork with Hiring Managers and capacity planning teams to understand business needs and priorities to help build an effective recruiting strategy for their assigned client and the regionLeverage reporting and analytics to understand the current state as well as to the information to manage the support team s performance and value add to processManage the recruiting risk/controls for the regional team; provide coaching, complete audits, share audit results to ensure compliance of all recruiting polices and processes.Support consistent management practices including performance management, coaching, career planning, development, and training for all team members.Foster a climate and culture that creates a positive employee experience where employees love their jobs and are proud to work for Chase.Qualifications Minimum of three years of supervisory experience preferably in a high volume or deadline based environment to include performance and client management, career planning and coachingExperience in an HR or Recruiting environment is strongly preferredStrong people, partnership, consulting and project management skills with the ability to manage complex situations and multiple priorities with a dedication to providing an outstanding candidate experienceStrong leadership with the ability to motivate a team of recruiting support professionals as well as influence changeExcellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish strong relationshipsExceptional communication skills, both written and verbal is required; Prior training experience is a plusExperience in financial services, consulting or consumer driven industries, specifically payments industry, are strongly preferredFamiliar with recruiting compliance requirements to minimize risk to the organization is preferredBachelors degree preferred,
