Job Responsibilities
• Prepare and provide Legal Entity Framework direction to Control Managers to support Legal Entity Risk and Control Self Assessments across AWM/CCB/ICB
• Host sessions and facilitate reviews on various Legal Entity related topics to improve awareness, identify areas of opportunity, and provide highlights to drive progress across the organizations
• Identify opportunities to increase efficiency and create a more resilient control practices environment and participate in projects to deliver improvements
• Provide governance support for the end-to-end execution of the Control and Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE), including Legal Entity , Metrics, control deficiencies and resolutions, to reduce financial loss, regulatory exposure, and reputational risk.
• Monitoring and delivering on firmwide Controls Legal Entity milestones including Data Quality, Hygiene of CORE data, timely completion of Control Evaluations and other assigned items.
• Support governance of Metrics workstream, generating reporting, presentations and providing information appropriately to Controls Management and for Firmwide/Business operating committees
• Engage with control, location and regional partners across functional areas (e.g., Business, CORE Central, Compliance, Risk) and geographies
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Bachelor s Degree or equivalent preferred
• 3 -5 years of relevant experience; background in Process Improvement Controls, Audit or Risk Management preferred
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills to synthesize and formulate conclusions
• A curious mind that prefers to go deep to understand details for practical application
• A positive attitude and team spirit with exceptional interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
• Control Operational Risk Evaluation (CORE) experience and/or Legal Entity background is preferred
• Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
