Job Description

We are looking for someone with a keen eye for everything in the martech space. You may be handling a few or many accounts at the same time, and your focus will be on the day-to-day delivery of campaigns for clients across multiple verticals. This role needs someone who has strategic as well as tactical knowledge of using different CRM and Marketing Automation platforms.

Roles and Responsibilities:

    Support clients in CRM and Marketing Automation strategies and implementation, including planning, creative, emails, campaign automation and campaign performance monitoring, to improve customer engagement across all channels Implement digital marketing tools and KPIs to automate marketing workflows for clients Ensure clients database is structured and segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities Prepare reports on a weekly and monthly basis to clients Assist with proposal development and research for pitches Track progress of campaigns and update clients during meetings Monitor deliverability and help to remediate blocks or issues

Requirements

    Bachelors Degree in IT/Marketing Minimum +1 years of marketing automation experience Experience with Oracle Eloqua / Marketo / HubSpot / Salesforce Marketing Cloud, lead nurturing, lead scoring campaigns is a plus. Experience working with MS Project, Excel, Visio, Lucid Charts or other project management tools Self-starter, independent, motivated and result-oriented team player Tech-savvy and willing to explore digital marketing world
