1. Preparation of Despatch plan as per sales plan & desired Closing stocks a. Transportation capacity planning as per despatch plan 2. MIS preparation related to Outbound Despatches a. Daily despatch capacity v/s plan b. Transit Time monitoring & Study the reports for driving substantial reduction in the Outbound Transit Time c. Quality of receipts at Stockyards as well take projects to reduce transit damage 3. Tracking monthly Freight expenses 4. Budget Preparation for Outbound Transportation. 5. Take projects for Logistics improvements as well cost saving 6. Day to day operations issue resolution with MLL / Transporters 7. Carry out outbound related IT projects towards digitization. 8. Validation of freight and approval 9. Publish daily, monthly reports for respective departments e.g. Monthly frt provision / Interyard stk transfer cost etc 10. Thorough knowledge of SAP related transaction (MM & SD Module) 11. Benchmarking best ideas in logistics with the other industries. 12. Audit preparation.( Internal / External e.g AFS MEM , TS , QCFI , Sustainability ) 13. Secondary transportation tracking from SY to dealers. 14. Coordination with insurance broker & insurance company for timely inspection of accidental/damaged tractor & coordination with M&M accounts for timely reimbursement to dealer. 15. Monthly secondary transportation rate revision. ( Sharing with transporters & Area Office),
