Organization Profile: Develop & Promote Natural Products in Global Market.Location: Vile Parle (East) / Andheri (East), Sahar Road,Near GarwarePosition: Assistant Manager LegalSalary : 3,00,000 to 6,00,000 paQualification: Any Graduation + LLB or LLMExperience : 3 years +Drafting and vetting of various commercial agreements, MOUs inter-alia including Shareholders agreement, Share Purchase Agreement, Consultancy Agreement, Loan Agreements, Escrow Agreement, Service Agreement, Retainer Agreement, Business Transfer Agreements, Marketing and Distribution Agreement, Deed of Mortgage, Share Pledge Agreement, Deed of Indemnity, NDAs, Addendums, letters, mandates and noticesShould possess experience in handling both Civil & Commercial, Criminal matters, coordinating with lawyers in litigation cases, drafting of notices, reply to notices, affidavits, declarations, Plaint, Written statements, Applications, Suits for recovery, Arbitration suitsMust have functional knowledge of IBC cases, Property matters, CPC, Commercial & Contract law, International Contract Law and Company law; Competition law, FEMADrafting of notice of meetings, coordinating and conducting for Board meeting, Recording Minutes of meeting, drafting board resolutions, special resolutions, etcResponsible for applying for Trademark Registration, drafting of trademark assignment agreements, drafting of replies to objections, drafting of trademark notices, coordinate with counsel for handling trademark casesAssist in reviewing documents for brand registrationTrack Compliances and ensure compliances that are being followed in the companySupport Litigation functions of the Company & take timely steps to protect the interest of the company Co-ordination with external counsels for handling court cases Implementing compliances related to latest amendments / revisions in Corporate Laws, Rules & Regulations and periodically update the management on the changing legal and regulatory environment Ensuring smooth and timely flow of legal information and disseminate appropriate legal requirements to staff.Contact Person:Ms. Kajal / Mr. Suryakant Dabade022-26842201 / 9892223161Email: jobs@perfecthrd.comPerfect HRD, Andheri (East), Mumbai.
