Job Description

Title - Assistant ManagerDepartment - ITUnit - Manpower HOReports To - Head IT / Operations HeadLoaction - MumbaiJob Purpose Summary:This role primarily entails managing All IT needs like IT services, IT operations and IT management of Mpowerminds all locations.Key Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:- Fluent English Communication skill (verbal and written), Hardworking, Self-starter- Quick learner Innovative, Task finisher, Good Team player.Job qualifications / Minimum Requirement:- Bachelor or Master Degree in IT / Computer Science- Certificate in ITILv.3/4- Any one in Project Management certificate (Agile/Scrum/PMP/Prince2)- Any one in Microsoft certification/ Google Cloud certification/ AWS certification- 8-10 Years experience in IT department specifically in IT administration and Management

  1. Key Areas of Responsibility
ResponsibilitiesEach area of responsibility requires a number of actions to take place for their successful outcome. The following actions are indicative and may vary/evolve as needed
  1. Principal Responsibilities and Key Accountabilities:
  • IT service desk Management and resolve all IT operational issues on his own
  • IT Asset Management
  • All IT Infrastructure services administration and Management (H/W, S/W, N/W, Wi Fi, ISP connectivity, Firewall L1 level calls, IT SAN and NAS storages, Backup, SaaS based deployments)
  • L1 level Support for SaaS based Softwares deployed like Tally on Cloud, Clinical Management system, Clinical Management System App, Mpower App on Android and Apple platform, CRM)
  • Website and Web App data updation
  • GSuite Management
  • Document Management System data updation
  • IT documentation (preparation of BRD, RFP, SOW, SOPs, Technical quotes etc.)
  • Vendor management
  • The ideal candidate should also has to support the other organizations within the aegis of ABET for IT support as and when the need arises. The support outside Mpowerminds to other entities within ABET includes but is not limited to the following:
    • As a backup to other IT resources due to planned or sick leave or other exigencies
    • Quick fix to an IT issue [especially hardware but not limited to hardware] that needs physical travelling due to proximity to the location of the other IT organization
    • Remote fix of issues
    • Project Implementations
    • Managing ABET networked systems, WI FI, software, applications, and CD-ROMs
    • Solving support issues with Laptops, Networks, Storage, Servers and Active Directory/LDAP
