Job Description

    • Responsible for hygiene of the clinic, staff grooming, housekeeping & security service, customer service, customer arrival experience, product knowledge & upselling as per brand standard.
    • Mistry audit 96% score to be achieved as per SOP and brand SOP to be followed to achieve customer satisfaction
    • Speak politely and softly to everyone solving 100% grievance of the staff
    • Responsible for checking and informing with Manpower availability
    • Responsible for handling Client Complaints and providing with solutions
    • Ensuring to report if cell phones are not submitted by the employee at the desk
    • Responsible for adherence to all clinic Level SOPs
    • Responsible for checking working /non-working equipments, machines in clinic
    • Monitoring and updating clinic employees attendance reporting absenteeism
    • Responsible for timely checking AC maintenance, Pest control and deep cleaning in the clinic
    • Monitoring timely Cheque, Cash deposit and maintaining and updating Incident sheet
    • Training and development of staff You will be responsible for weekly training schedule, planning, coordinating / executing of the clinic staff, ensure arranging timely training for Employees
    • Responsible for checking and updating clinic daily requirements (pantry, stationary etc)
    • Responsible guiding client with package formation and billing whenever needed
    • Ensuring to check with open cases, retrieving balances andpre-paid packages.
    • Be a team player, help train & develop new comers
    • Maintaining attendance/leave register on daily basis and updating in the excel sheet provided and forwarding to the finance
    • Daily Encouraging staff for referral policy for all open position to close every month
    • Forward appointment scheduling effectively for all the customers at clinic level
    • Managing and Controlling overall Fixed Cost
    • Upselling and gross selling skills
    • Maintenance and Equipment damage policy to be followed day to day
    • Ensured that HR Policy to be followed by all clinic staff, employee salary issue to be resolved with finance and HR, all employees come on time as per time policy and controlled all travel expenses of all the employees as per travel policy
