Job Description

• Actionable Underwriting of Loan Applications Credit Evaluation of INF proposals viz Initial Proposals, Annual Revisions, Adhoc requirements, Interim Enhancements etc.
• Meeting the highest standard of productivity.
• To ensure high portfolio quality for the product, while maintaining excellent service levels (TAT) to the customers.
• Higher ticket & critical exposure A/cs are usually underwritten.
• managed by APRMs Interpreting financial statements and data for analyzing past financial & business performance.
• Assessment of viability of potential borrowers.
• Investigating and understanding key business issues and providing clear, concise and timely analysis with recommendations and approvals.
• Ensure high level of CAM content and quality is maintained in line with latest policy guidelines, update on market, industry etc.
• Adherence to the policies/processes laid out by the central policy team on all applications being processed.
• Data Quality and Process management Excellent Customer Service and High Product Quality is expected through optimum delivery of TAT, daily monitoring and rework reduction with detailed analysis to ensure minimal queries at PRM level and above while closely monitoring the pendencies in the file and provide quick and easy solution to help improving customer service levels.
• Review of Vendors on quarterly/half yearly / yearly basis Portfolio Management & Stock Audit Process Ensure management of monthly stock audits & process including liasoning with stock auditors.
• SOT report publishing & putting checks & control for correction of the same.
• Identification of watch-list accounts, stress account identification and management.
• Identifying potentially weak account for exit.
• Tracking deferrals/covenants (post disbursal documents) on a continuous basis and taking up matter with business for closure of the same Very close monitoring of Overdues along with monthly monitoring of Stock Audit Reports and taking timely actions.
• Close Tracking of retail conversions and evaluation & monitoring of periodic requests of Temporary Overdraft considering the merits of the case.
• Very close monitoring on Overdues esp.
• on Potential NPAs, SMA2 Accounts and such other accounts which are deemed to be stress accounts.
• Interaction with stake holders & Audit Management To interact closely with other functions such as Sales/ Operations/CPU/ Policy/Product/ Branch/ Audit/ SCM/Software Vendors etc in ensuring a smooth day to day functioning Meeting clients and continuous interaction to understand business models, assessing the credit worthiness of clients, ensuring integrity and precision of data submitted.
• Audit compliance on all aspects as stipulated for regulatory & internal audits compliance ADFC staff & System Management Giving Feedback to ADFC staff on a monthly basis on their performance levels and taking corrective action to improve their efficiency through regular trainings.
• Conducting Mid-year, annual & promotion appraisals of ADFC staff.
• Management & Enhancement of IFMS system used by INF team for processing CAMs, transactions & monitoring tools.
• Regular Review of IFMS & Delfin system & monitor progress & course correction by regularly interacting with BPRG, IT & Vendor teams.

Skills

• Comprehensive knowledge of financial and detailed understanding of different ratios, spreadhseet preparation and understand the functions of different business and trades.
• A better inter-personal skill, Pro-active, positive attitude, knows how to build portfolio, initiator, and inclination towards customer service. Multi-tasking personality.
• Should be able to handle pressure while ensuring portfolio quality is maintained
• Good negotiation and communication skills along with robust thinking on different adaptable solutions.
• Managerial qualities.
