• We are looking for Experienced Microfocus Service Manager developer mainly responsible for performing an upgrade of several applications built on Service Manager version 9.41 and enhancing and supporting the platform post migration.
• The ideal candidate, while having the skills listed below should be a self-driven, dedicated individual who works well in a global team and thinks and acts strategically.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Responsible for the development, customization, maintenance, and support of multiple customized applications of Microfocus Service Manager.
• Perform and manage End to End Service Manager Version Upgrades.
• Analysing existing designs and interfaces and creating design extensions or enhancements
• Coordinate with Business Stakeholders and ability to understand business functional requirements and design/build as per specification.
• Development, third party integrations and L3 Support for Microfocus Service Manager.
• Manage a modern DevOps process.
• Translate high-level business requirements into detailed functional, technical and system specifications.
• Responsible for the development, maintenance, and support of multiple distributed applications.

• At least 6+ years of experience in HP/Microfocus Service Manager with Strong analytical skills.
• Must have Experience and worked on multiple Service Manager major version upgrades.
• Microfocus Service Manager Designing User Interface and configuring and customization of workflows specifically in Change Management Module.
• Experience in Web Services (Third party integrations with Service Manager)
• Experience or knowledge of JavaScript, PERL
• Experience in Apache Tomcat and configuration of SSO for Service Manager.
• Knowledge of DB: SQL server, DB2
• Experience or knowledge of .Net, informatica ETL will be added advantage.
• Ability to understand business functional requirements and design/build as per specification.
• Strong communication skills both verbal and written. Capable of collaborating effectively across a variety of Technology and Business groups.
• Some cloud development experience Ideally with Azure or AWS.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field required
