Job Description

Urgent hiring candidates from Karnataka and also from Mumbai who are willing to relocate in Bangalore (Must have previous experience in Banglore market) can also apply. Candidate Requirement :

  • 5 to 10 Years in given requisites
  • Exposure to RE Valuations & consulting preferably from IPC or Real estate arm of Big 4.
  • Exposure to consulting would be an added advantage.
  • Any Engineering graduate with PG preferably in MBA Finance/RICS/NICMAR or CA with Strong financial skills
  • Worked on assignments across geographies in South India
  • Hands on approach with willingness to travel across markets
Job Responsibilities :
  • Manage and execute the portfolio Valuation assignments across the south region.
  • Engage with various consulting assignments for developers and other stake holders in the real estate.
  • Work closely with the other Verticals to fetch opportunities that are available for servicing.
  • Client engagement through Business development activities to promote our research and consulting services and execution of customized assignments
