Job Description

    AM PAG seeks a Business Manager that will partner with PAG management locally and globally to work on number of different initiatives. Some of the areas the individual will work on are managing process uplifts, oversight and governance, metrics, transitions, TPO, SOP champion, recruitment, etc. Opportunity to work with multiple partners like Technology, Controls, Auditors, etc. The senior associate role will be working in individual capacity to help run day to day support services for functional teams effectivenessKey responsibilities include:
    • Help running the business with high operational standards
    • Timely, accurate and insightful publication of metrics
    • Help manage internal and external audits
    • Partner with controls and assist in running the Risk and Control agenda
    • Providing various ad hoc data research and analysis as needed by management
    • Involvement with regulatory or controls deliverables and supporting other ad hoc projects as needed
    • Liaising effectively with the business leads to collate data on initiatives
    • Partnering with HR on recruitment
    Qualifications/ Experience:
    • Ability to work independently, set priorities and deliver results (under tight time frames and pressure)
    • Experience with portfolio performance, investments and/or products, and project management skills would be an added advantage
    • 8-10 years work experience with 5+ years of relevant experience
    • Strong analytical skills and ability to problem solve effectively
    • Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, and writing skills. Candidate must be comfortable speaking in front of groups and leading discussions/presenting
    • Action oriented with a focus on results and an innovative mindset
    • Highly motivated, proactive and self-starter
    • Ability to work well on a global integrated team
    • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of personnel
    • Proficiency with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
