    Indias top number-one Insurance Company is hiring an Area Sales Manager for Agency Business Partner Vertical in Karnataka India.Assistant Sales Manager provides products and services to existing consumers, and requests new business clients to increase sales revenues. Employees work against regular targets, set on a weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.Job Roles and Duties:
    • Developing and sustaining long-lasting relationships with customers and with sales team
    • Calling potential customers to explain company products and encourage to purchases
    • Screening, recruiting, and training financial advisors and agents
    • Generating new sales opportunities by approaching walk-ins, cold calling and networking
