Job Description

Will be responsible for acomprehensive workforce management system thatincreases employee productivity with reduced absences and late arrivals; lower non-compliance risks; and increase operational agility so that sales productivity improves and allocate people with the right skills at the right time.

  • Manage the Dialer End to End, including required Developments from time to time / Campaign Mgmt / Agent Mgmt.
  • Provide direction in forecasting Staffing requirements
  • Creating and managing staff schedules Roster Mgmt
  • Enable the Mgmt to gain insights into effective business metrics
  • Maximize the use of manpower resourcesby forecasting the volume of transactions calls etc
  • Scheduling the correct number of users/agents to handle expected volume of transactions
  • Employee performance management
  • Compliance
  • Time and attendance and vacation leave planning of the team
  • Improve employee productivity, enhance agent planning, lower operations costs, and drive efficient time and attendance tracking for better sales productivity
  • Coordinate with key stakeholders to provide relevant data to be used in business cases
  • Forecast adjustments in training, coaching and processes - to ensure maximum performance
