Job Description

Company : NBFC Company into Business loanPosition : Admin / ReceptionistReporting : HR , Finance , DirectorOffice Location : AndheriRole / KRS :

  • Handling day to day Admin related work.
  • Managing office supplies stock and placing orders
  • Responsible for handling stationery and maintaining MIS for the same
  • Purchase of Pantry supply/office cleansing supplies
  • Courier management
  • Vendor management Car Hire, CCTV, Electricity, Water, Tissues, Society, Pest Control, Coffee Machine, Telephone
  • Administration of company databases
  • Preparing regular reports on expenses and office budgets
  • Organize a filing system for imports and confidential company documents
  • Billing request vendor challans etc
  • Coordinating with housekeeping staff, vendors, facility management team, electricians etc
  • Record keeping of all inward / outward post / documents/ couriers
  • Accepted couriers, letters and packages delivered to the front desk and distribution to appropriate staff members and to all units
  • Maintain a company calendar and scheduled appointment
  • Distribute and store correspondence (eg letters, emails and packages)
  • Arrange travel booking and accommodations for the employees
  • Schedule in-house and external events
  • All other office related work irrespective to above points
  • Supporting HR & Accounts Finance Team
  • Follow Candidate for Documentation
  • Maintaining Softcopy and Hardcopy of Candidate document
Qualifications, Experience & Skills Required:
  • Minimum HSC Pass or Graduate
  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience
  • Male / Female Highly motivated and target driven
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Good Interpersonal Skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and partner management skills
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Office Timing : 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM (min 9.5hrs daily work hours)Working Days :
  • Monday to Saturday (Sundays are fixed off)
  • First Saturday of every month will be holiday
