Be adapt at managing administrative activities involving purchase of equipment, maintenance of procurement, housekeeping, safety, security etc.2. Order material for production and receive goods against PO.3. Authorizing the bill from concerned dept, make entry in excel and handover to Accounts Department for billing.4. Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipments, appliances, furniture, furnishings, vehicles, building, etc.5. Vendor management- Installation and commissioning of equipments that is required for the facility IT Systems, air conditioning etc.6. Acting as info-hub for providing administration related information and supervising administrative activities like general admin, verification of stationery stock, petty cash, courier, florist, pest control, housekeeping, etc.7. Specialization in handling back office operations, inter-office correspondence, quotations, monthly billing, Cheques, etc.8. Maintaining AMC Register, Renewals & filling relevant papers.9. Attendance Maintenance Housekeeping& Security.10. Arranging procurement of pantry items for the dealership W/S.11. Staff travel arrangements for attend training in Mumbai and outside location. Arrange Hotel booking and travel expenses from accounts department and after reimbursements.12. Maintains safe work environment. Installation of safety equipments and their maintenance.13. Ensure workshop staff is wearing uniforms provided by the service centre as per guidelines.14. Arranging New Uniforms for Employees, Maintaining records & compiling deduction reports.15. Ensures that the work areas and customer waiting area are kept clean.16. Take care of cleaning & working condition of workshop premises.17. Monitoring Cleaning & Authorising cleaning check sheet.Regards,HR Team
