Job Description

    Accounts Receivable ExecutiveNote: Looking for Candidates from E-commerce background only.We are seeking a highly organized and analytical Accounts Executive who must possess excellent math and communication skills, along with the knowledge required to operate most finance-related computer programs.Primary ResponsibilitiesCreating and sending client invoices and statements, receiving payments, posting payments against invoices or to client accounts.Should have knowledge of E commerce online sales Channel invoices generationMaking bank depositsFollow up with past-due accounts, send collections letters.Qualification:Commerce Graduate with minimum 2 years of relevant experience with an ecommerce company.Desired SkillsGood analytical and skillsHigh level of accuracyBehavioral Flexibility to adapt to changing workloads and prioritiesProficient with Tally & unicommerceHigh proficiency in MS Excel.Experience from consumer industry will be preferredGood Understanding of basic principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeepingJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 300,000.00 - 400,000.00 per yearBenefits: Provident Fund Work from homeSchedule: Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate: Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)Experience: E-commerce Accounting: 2 years (Required)
