Job Description

AccountantJob descriptionResponsibilities Responsible for complete accounting of organization Daily/ Monthly Reconciliation of invoicing Checking for material returned, confirming with stakeholders on issue, seeking approval from Directors, and post approval raising a credit note Reconciliation of customer accounts and dispute resolution Providing sale discounts and credit notes to customers Customer creation on system Create billing on system as per process Providing account statements to customers Attend to customer and sales team calls and ensure query resolution Develop reports for AR as per requirement Check and disburse reimbursements raised by EmployeesQualifications Masters/ Bachelors degree 2-4 years of business experience Strong written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills Complete Knowledge of GST, TDS, Taxation, Microsoft Office & Tally Ability to harness financial data to inform decisionsThe ideal candidate should be comfortable with Work from OfficeJob Type: Full-timeSalary: 25,000.00 - 40,000.00 per monthBenefits: Health insurance Paid sick timeSchedule: Day shiftEducation: Masters (Preferred)Experience: Accounting: 3 years (Preferred) Tally: 3 years (Preferred) total work: 3 years (Preferred)
