Our values - Audacity, Accomplishments, Admiration, Accountability, Honesty, and Transparency - guide us towards our mission of fostering positive macro-level transitions.Qualifications: • Currently pursuing or recently obtained a Bachelors or Masters Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.• Demonstrated interest in construction site execution and quantity estimation.• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.• Basic understanding of construction materials, methods, and equipment.• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.• Eagerness to learn and contribute to construction site execution and quantity estimation processes.Responsibilities: • Assist in the execution of construction projects, including overseeing on-site activities and ensuring compliance with project plans and specifications.• Aid in quantity estimation for materials, labor, and equipment required for construction activities.• Support the preparation of project schedules, progress reports, and cost estimates.• Assist in monitoring project progress and identifying potential delays or deviations from plans.• Participate in site inspections and quality control checks to ensure work meets standards and regulations.• Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and project stakeholders to coordinate work activities and resolve issues.• Contribute to the implementation of health, safety, and environmental protocols at the construction site.• Assist in maintaining project documentation and records.Desired Skills: • Interest in construction site execution and quantity estimation.• Basic understanding of construction methods, materials, and equipment.• Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.• Eagerness to learn about construction project management processes.• Adaptability to a dynamic work environment.Role: • Industry Type: Construction• Department: Development• Employment Type: Full-time• Role Category: Civil Engineering Intern• Location: Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh• Salary/ Stipend Offered: 5,000/- to 7,000/-• Experience: Fresher/ 1 year Experience.• Education: Bachelors/Masters Degree in Civil Engineering, or related field.Prospective candidates with the requisite qualifications and experience are encouraged to apply.
