Job Description

    Operational Responsibilities
    • Bank has multiple partners in General Insurance business and our focus is retaining leadership positions and having maximum share in terms of business and creating visibility in the channel by conducting regular engagement activities
    • Responsible for Intensive lead generation and ensuring budget/target achievement along with containing the required product knowledge
    • Responsible for intense daily local travel for the engagement with HDFC Bank Relationship Officers (ROs) & bank Sales Manager, engagement to be tracked on Oval Lite with OTP based validation
    • Updating business sourcing and branch visit on daily basis on the Local/PAN India WhatsApp group
    • Attending morning huddles where the bank Sales Manager address all their ROs and sets the agenda for the day
    • Responsible for providing the regular product training to the bank staff
    • Visiting local electronic stores independently or jointly with bank Sales Managers to achieve RO and mobilize business
    • Responsible for RO activation and penetration of Number of Policy (NOP) in core business units disbursement will be the key parameter of performance along with Gross Written Premiums target achievement
    • Ensuring zero tolerance on mis-selling and ensuring that the customer escalation must be addressed on priority
