Project Manager, Infrastructure & Project Management

Job Description

You will be responsible for leading the construction and site management of RoundGlass Sports infrastructure project. In this role, you will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team comprising of external stakeholders like design consultants, contractors and internal functional stakeholders of RoundGlass. You will lead a very niche and a state of art sports infrastructure project throughout its pre-construction, construction and handover phase to ensure project completion as per scope, budget, quality and timelines. What youll do: Engage with design consultants, contractors and cross-functional team from procurement, finance, legal, infrastructure and project management to manage the project scope, budget, quality and timelines Plan and monitor the techno-commercial aspects of project deliverables at the site in collaboration with internal and external stakeholders manage the project scope and delivery in value analysis and value engineering aspects Provide techno-commercial leadership and detailing in terms of project scope, budget and resource requirements, and schedules at the operational level in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team Coordinate activities across the entire project between architects, designers, engineers, subcontractors and external stakeholder groups provide direction over contracts and subcontracts Provide support to secure necessary permits, approvals, and other regulatory prerequisites related to the project ensure work is done in compliance with all relevant building and safety codes Collaborate with functional stakeholders on the RFP process for an efficient and effective tender, bid and award process related to various components of the infrastructure project Coordinate and manage multiple stakeholder interaction points to ensure periodic project review and performance monitoring Plan, schedule, and review project deliverables to identify scenarios, potential risks and risk mitigation action plan in collaboration with relevant stakeholders Review project progress against planned performance metrics, milestones and objectives on a periodic recommend and implement corrective action Ensure highest standards of quality, safety, delivery, timeliness and full compliance with applicable rules and regulations at all times Who were looking for: Bachelor of Engineering (Civil, Structural or relevant degree) Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is preferred but not mandatory 18 years of work experience with demonstrated leadership and project management capabilities in the construction design / development of multiple large scale / complex civil / infrastructure project Techno-commercial skills with proficiency in financial, procurement, contract negotiation processes High levels of engagement and interpersonal skills to manage a multi-disciplinary team of specialists and external stakeholders Strong executive presence with decision making ability to resolve ambiguities / conflicts Result orientation with high attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through Why RoundGlass: RoundGlass was built on the vision that wellbeing should be at the very center of our life journey.
