Job DescriptionVendor Negotiations & other related activities. Monthly performance based chargebacks /penalties & sharing MOMs Vendor Management: Conducting MMR & other operational challenges Internal Customer/Vendor interaction on regular basis.(Monthly vendor meet & sharing MOM s / MMR) Follow-up/Tracking for Purchase orders Budgeting & expense analysis and cost optimising Monthly invoice submission & provisions Catering to One time & Recurring NHQ activities Asset management , AMC & Repairs- execution & coordination Ensure over up keep & security of the site Incident/Damage reporting Inward & outward register Ensuring Compliances- Statutory & Contractual Facility related HSE compliances Adherence to State and Central Labour Laws in coordination with compliance team Payment co-ordination Emergencies plans are in place ensuring un-interuppted Business Continuity Complaint Register maintained and accordingly action taken as per TAT Management of Cafeteria Services & Pantry Services Liasoning with the Builder for the facility upkeep, Cam/Electrical Bill Vendors Empanelling/Contracts Management & Renewals Managing Local Purchases, Getting Quotations, Making Comparison, seeking Approval for all purchases under R & M. Managing Client Visits QBRs/R&Rs/MBRs & Other floor activities. Managing Stay & Travel of Employees End to End Employees Transport Management Maintaining record of office consumables like printing & stationary items Management of Petty Cash Courier Management Handling numerous emergency situations emerging time to time & can t be predicted E.g. Electro mechanical/ Failures/Tripping/ Team managementSalary 3 Lac To 6 Lac P.A. Industry HR / Recruitment / Administration / IR Work Experience 3 - 7 Years Qualification Vocational Course,
