Job Description

He/She will be responsible for the admission and ongoing support to students from a portfolioof countries. Generating revenue each year, these students are an essential source of income for theinstitution. This post performs a key function in the admission in Partner and Non-Partner Universities withapplicants all around India. As a key Admissions Manager ,with a team and Branch Manager, the post holder will participate in flexible processes to ensure that student admissions are effectiveand efficient. The post holder must show initiative, good team work and must take responsibility for processesand outcomes within a team environment. The post holder must be able to make decisions about the eligibility of applicants based on theirEnglish language qualifications and the suitability of academic qualifications from around theworld. S/he will have the authority to make admissions decisions and issue offer letters to potentialstudents on an autonomous basis. The accuracy and the speed of such decisions will be key inensuring the Universitys success in the international marketplace. Overseas applicants increasingly use the services of a dedicated recruitment agent tofacilitate their applications. This post performs a key function in ensuring that communications with our agents are fast,efficient and accurate. The balance of duties within the admissions team will be allocated flexibly by the BranchManager). Admission Manager will be capable of all aspects of the work and will work topriorities in allocating and completing tasks.
