Job Description

Branch Head-MEL is responsible for achieving business budget target of the MEL branch. Branch Head is responsible to train, mentor and support the MEL Executives to maintain their productivity as per organizational expectation. BH-MEL is the functional and administrative head of the branch. BH needs to plan marketing and promotional activities to on-boarding potential customers. Besides this BH needs to track daily business and collection MIS. While performing the above responsibilities, the BH must follow Arohans core values, code of ethics and other institutional policies.Regional Trainer- The position will be responsible for providing quality training support across region. Other key responsibilities include delivery of operational trainings across branches, ensuring quality of training is as per set guidelines, monitoring training budget and hand holding of staff to ensure retention. In addition to the above, the employee may also be called upon to perform other tasks as may be required from time to time.
