Job Description

    - Develop and maintain strong relationships with agency partners. Act as the main point of contact between the organization and agency partners. Provide regular communication and updates to agency partners on products, promotions, and company policies. Identify and onboard new agency partners to expand the companys reach. Work closely with agencies to develop business plans and strategies to achieve sales targets. Collaborate with agencies to explore new market opportunities and revenue streams. Provide training and support to agency partners on product knowledge, sales techniques, and processes. Ensure that agencies have the necessary tools and resources to effectively promote and sell products. Address and resolve any issues or challenges faced by agencies in a timely manner. Monitor and analyze agency performance against sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs). Implement corrective actions and strategies to address any performance. gaps. Conduct regular performance reviews with agency partners. Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer support to align strategies and ensure smooth operations. Provide feedback from agency partners to internal teams for continuous improvement,
