Job Description

    Indias Leading Bank is seeking a motivated and results-oriented Sales Officer to join our vibrant Retail Banking team.About the Role:This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual to build a successful career in the dynamic world of retail banking. You will play a key role in driving branch sales and achieving ambitious targets by offering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships.Responsibilities:
    • Achieve and surpass set sales targets for a variety of retail banking products and services, including savings accounts, current accounts, credit cards, loans, and wealth management products.
    • Proactively identify and approach potential customers within the branch and assigned territory.
    • Understand and assess customer needs through effective communication and listening skills.
    • Recommend and present the most suitable banking solutions based on each customers unique financial goals and circumstances.
    • Process account openings, loan applications, and other banking transactions efficiently and accurately.
    • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and exceeding their expectations.
    • Contribute to a positive and collaborative branch environment.
    • Stay up-to-date on the banks latest products, services, and promotions.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree (any discipline) preferred.
    • 1-5 years of experience in sales and marketing, with a strong track record of exceeding targets in a fast-paced environment (experience in the BFSI domain is a strong benefit).
    • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build rapport and trust with customers from diverse backgrounds.
    • Strong customer service orientation and a passion for exceeding expectations.
    • Proficient in MS Office Suite and a willingness to learn new technologies.
    • A genuine interest in the banking industry and a desire to build a long-term career with a leading bank.
