Job Description

    Indias Leading Bank is seeking a high-performing and ambitious Assistant Sales Manager to join our dynamic Retail Banking team.In this exciting role, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our customer base and achieving ambitious sales targets.Responsibilities:
    • Proactively engage with existing and potential customers to understand their financial needs and recommend tailored solutions from our comprehensive suite of retail banking products (savings accounts, current accounts, loans, credit cards, etc.)
    • Utilize effective sales techniques to build rapport, identify customer needs, and convert them into loyal customers
    • Develop and implement strategies to achieve individual and team sales targets
    • Manage a strong portfolio of existing customer relationships, fostering trust and loyalty to drive product penetration and cross-selling opportunities
    • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring a positive banking experience
    • Stay up-to-date on the banks latest products, services, and regulations
    • Participate in branch events and marketing initiatives to promote financial literacy and product awareness
    • Collaborate effectively with Branch Managers, Relationship Managers, and other team members to achieve branch goals
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
    • Fresher to 4 years of experience in sales and Marketing in the BFSI Domain
    • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
    • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
    • Ability to build strong relationships and develop trust with customers
