bWE ARE HIRING Designation :- Restaurant Captain Location :- Manipur Salary :- 15,000 To 20,000 Per Month Food And Accommodation Provided Education :- Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management Experience :-

• Total Experience : 3 Years in hotel / Restaurant
• Minimum Experience : 1 Year Proven experience in a Steward / Captain role within the restaurant industry.

Eligibility :- Only male Candidates Can Apply. Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate daily restaurant operations to ensure a seamless dining experience.
• Oversee and manage the performance of the restaurant staff, including waitstaff and support teams.
• Train, mentor, and motivate staff to maintain high standards of service and professionalism.
• Interact with customers to ensure satisfaction, address concerns, and handle special requests.
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain an organized and efficient workflow.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate food delivery.
• Monitor inventory levels and communicate with management to reorder supplies as needed.
• Uphold and enforce health and safety standards, including hygiene and cleanliness.
• Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly and diplomatically.
• Provide leadership during busy periods, ensuring smooth service and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed about menu items, specials, and promotions to effectively communicate with customers.

Other Qualifications:

• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle stressful situations and maintain composure.
• Knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu items and preparation methods.
• Excellent customer service skills and a keen attention to detail.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude.
• Languages :- English, Hindi and Marathi.
