-Role responsibilities as below
• Role: Zonal HR for Central Karnataka and Konkan Goa (Handling Davangere, Mangalore, Hubli & Goa)
• Designation: Senior Executive HR / Asst Manager HR
• Minimum: Experience of 1-5 years as HRBP/Regional HR/Sales HR/Business HR/Field HR in Present or Previous Company
• Key Skills: Recruitment, Business Partnering, Stakeholder Management, Team Player, Proactive People Person
• Capacity to handle 200 Branches with hidden_mobile Employees
• Willingness to travel for branch visits, recruitment drives, campus placements, job fairs (Davangere, Mangalore, Hubli & Goa)
• Preferably candidates with experience in mass recruitment or bulk hiring from NBFC/Financial Services/Banking Industry
• Sitting Location: Davangere, Zonal Office (candidates must be comfortable to be based out of this location)
• Languages: Mandatory English, Kannada & Hindi (we need these languages to handle staff from Davangere, Mangalore, Hubli & Goa)
• Education: MBA / Postgraduate in HR
