This includes planning, recruiting, and developing a team of sales officers/agents, with direct responsibility for business generation and profitability targets.Role Requirements:Education: Graduate Degree/DiplomaExperience Range: 3 to 4 yearsProfessional Experience/Skills:Prior experience in Life Insurance, with at least 3 years in a team player role for the Agency ModelExcellent decision-making and problem-solving skillsStrong knowledge of the Life Insurance market and productsKey Responsibilities:Handle a team of advisorsDevelop and strengthen the variable agency model in the regionAchieve top-line revenue targets through the variable agency modelMeet renewal targets for the channelPreferred candidates from Life Insurance Agency backgroundsExperience in building and scaling a sales teamFluency in Kannada and English is essential
