bDesignation: Senior Manager Updated: March 25, 2023 Location: Maharashtra, India Organization: Paints HO : Business Paints (Sparkle Project) Job Location Cheyyar, Tamilnadu Title of the Job Lead xe2x80x93 Plant IT Experience 10 to 12 yrs Qualification BE IT/CS Job Purpose The incumbent will be responsible for complete IT related support at the site location. This position will closely work with Central IT Team. Key Result Areas xe2x80xa2 Lead Plant IT Support & Operation as Single Point of Contact xe2x80xa2 Maintaining & Ensuring the Uptime of all internal IT/OT hardware like Desktops, Laptops, Network Switches, Media converts, CCTV, EPABX etc. xe2x80xa2 Responsible for maintaining the uptime of all servers, storage etc used for plant automation and the associated IT/OT infrastructure. xe2x80xa2 Maintaining uptime of all active and passive components and the networking infrastructure including Internet lines (ILL). xe2x80xa2 Maintain Cyber Security in accordance with corporate cyber security policy/process/standard- Firmware updates of network switches, access control to IT hardware & Software, Antivirus update, Software backups, change management, Information security management system etc. xe2x80xa2 SAP Implementation & testing in coordination with central IT team. xe2x80xa2 Providing support to the internal plant team for any Local IT related issues and resolution of the same xe2x80xa2 IOT based platforms like, Visitor Management, People Management, truck management, EHS portal, Attendance management System. xe2x80xa2 Ensure Plant IT/OT security in association with Central Security & Governance Team xe2x80xa2 Support IT Operation in accordance with ITSM/ITIL standard & ensure agreed compliance xe2x80xa2 Responsible to manage site end user compliance & CSAT score xe2x80xa2 Vendor/Partner Management Must Have Skills xe2x80xa2 Hand-on experience of IT infrastructure like server, storage, network etc. xe2x80xa2 Must have vendor management & people management experience xe2x80xa2 Understanding of ISO27001 & ISO20001 standards (any certification in this will be highly desired) xe2x80xa2 Knowledge of MES, WMS & other operation technology will be added advantage Note:- This role will be supported by set of IT Managed Service partner resources hence team handling experience is must.Qualifications: B.E./B.Tech (Dist Education) Minimum Experience Level: 10-12 YearsReport to: Senior General Manager
