Territory Sales Manager Health (Agency - Field Sales)Responsible for
• Primary responsibility is to deliver sales targets through recruiting, developing, and managing a high performing Agents.
• To create a pipeline of new agents.
• Actively support agents in identifying and growing new business and winning new customers.
• Joint call with agents wherever required.
Requirements:
• Graduates(10 2 3) with at least 2 years of proven experience in financial product sales, the FMCG industry, or as a medical representative.
• Must be from the same District
• Age Limit : 35 years
CTC :Max up to 5.5 Lacs(fixed) incentives local conveyance refreshment allowance.
