Very good working knowledge and well versed in AccountingGood communication and managerial & supervision skillsGood working knowledge in Tally ERP9, MS Excel and MS officeAll work pertaining to guiding and managing accounting workHandling day to day activities for Accounts Payable (AP) & Account Receivables (AR) and reconcile them.Preparing and maintaining sales and purchase records and reconcile them all.Preparation of monthly staff salary. Verification of employees claims/ expenses like conveyance etc.Maintaining statutory books of accounts and ledgers, balance sheet, profit & loss account, cash flow statement, etc. preparing and maintaining customer account reconciliation schedule.Creating entries for sale and purchase of the company and keeping track of sameUpdating the records in Tally.ERP 9 (Purchase records, checking purchase bills and making the respective payments to creditors)Daily updating transactions into the accounting system Tally.ERP9. Reconciliation of Journal Ledgers. Operating Tally.ERP9 and maintaining recordsMaking various MIS reports for the managementPreparing and filing Income Tax Return. Preparation of TDS, Service Tax, and Income Tax working. Payment of Taxesmaintain payroll of employees, ESI, PF contribution, maintaing staturty registers etc.
