Job Description

1. Should 1 Year experience in pre-recruitment processes including, screening and short listing.2. Should have the knowledge in initial screening and short-listing of candidates to match client requirements in terms of Skills, Communication, Experience and Education.3. Excellent communication & negotiation skill.4. Monitoring and applying HR practices.5. Assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.6. Responsible for End to End Recruitment process.7. Developing and executing interview plans as per the requirement.8. Following up interview process status.9. Providing shortlisted candidates to the hiring managers.10. Act as consultant to new hires and help them onboard.11. Optimal usage of different sources like job-portals, networking, cold-calling, Headhunting etc.12. Coordinating with Client & candidates for a smooth flow of selection process.
