Job Description

    Job DescriptionJob Responsibilities :
    • Accountable for top line and bottom line of Contract Manufacturing business
    • Business Development for Contract Manufacturing Business
    • Customer Relationship Management for existing as well as potential clients
    • Planning business strategy to generate new business by collaborating with new clients and by adding new products with existing clients
    • Reviewing progress and making changes in the strategy on need basis
    • Meeting clients in regular intervals or conducting weekly/bi-weekly calls with clients to inform them of new products and product transitions
    • To discuss market trends and new technologies with management
    Key Skills :
    • Experience with proven expertise in handling regulated Business development for contract manufacturing.
    • Experience in inter-departmental co-ordination to ensure meeting of budgeted sales in the region.
    • Proactive and flexible to work in any demanding timeline environment.
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Willing to travel when required.
