Job Description

    Job descriptionLooking kitchen stewards responsibilities include keeping a restaurants kitchen clean and organized and may also include helping prepare food. Some of their tasks include:
    • CleaningWashing dishes, glassware, silverware, and other kitchen equipment, scrubbing pots, wiping down counters, and polishing silver
    • OrganizingSorting, storing, and organizing utensils, cookware, and other supplies
    • MaintainingKeeping the kitchen in an inspection-ready condition, in accordance with local authority and hotel guidelines
