Position: JC Channel Sales Lead Job Description1. Responsible for sim activations at retail outlets as per targets2. Drive Revenue Market Share by increasing retail width and product availability3. Manage productivity of Channel partners & FSE4. Train and ensure required FSE with distributors5. Ensure distributors and retailers maintain adequate stocks6. Strengthen distribution by increasing Recharge Selling outlets and SIM Selling Outlets7. Drive basic distribution parameters (ROI of distributors & retailers)8. Gather and monitor competition plans, policies, best practices & initiatives, and report to JC and State S&D teams 9. Propose requirements to push for betterKey skills Required1 Knowledge of product and markets2. Knowledge of channel sales3. Team management skills4.
