This role involves promoting and selling insurance products through our banking partners network across various locations in Punjab.Position: Bancassurance Sales ExecutiveLocation: Punjab (Multiple Locations)Experience: Minimum 6-7 months of experience in sales (preferably in banking or insurance)Key Responsibilities:
• Build strong relationships with bank staff and customers to drive sales of insurance products.
• Promote insurance products to customers visiting the bank and identify opportunities for cross-selling.
• Provide expert advice and consultation to customers about suitable insurance products.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall growth and success.
• Work closely with the bank team to ensure seamless processes and customer satisfaction.
• Regular follow-up with customers and bank staff to maintain long-term relationships.
Ideal Candidate:
• 6-7 months of experience in sales, ideally in banking, insurance, or financial services.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of financial products and services.
• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with the banks branch staff and management.
